About Me
My name is Ron, and for over 22 years I worked in the architectural industry as a Senior Architectural technician and architectural assistant.  During that time, I worked on a wide variety of domestic projects, ranging from small single storey extensions to large bespoke new build dwellings.
However, in 2025, I quit my day job to pursue a career as a photographer.
Photography has been a passion of mine since about 2007, and in that time my experience has included landscapes, architecture, sporting events, live music events, portraiture, animals & wildlife, aviation, and the occasional wedding.
Ever since my high school years I have been a creative person, but 22 years of working within the technical side of architecture was not giving me enough opportunity to express my creative side.  At least through photography I can express my creative nature AND my keen eye for detail with all of you (whilst, hopefully, paying the bills at the same time).
Given my architectural background, it feels a natural progression to pursue a career in architectural & property photography.  And, with a lot of experience working in studios and with models, I will also be specialising in portrait & headshot photography.  However, my services won't be limited to just these 3 genres.
I have also recently introduced myself to the world of drone photography and videography, and I will be offering these services where drone flight restrictions allow.
